At Colossal Academy, we’re reimagining what it means to teach—and to learn. Our model and method are intentionally different from traditional, textbook education. We believe that education should be alive, deeply connected to the real world, and centered on the holistic development of both students and educators.

That’s why our Colossal Curators—our educators and guides—don’t just “train.” They evolve. Through our Mentorship Program, each Curator is paired with seasoned mentors: retired teachers and social workers whose collective 72 years of experience with adolescents bring unmatched wisdom, compassion, and understanding of the teenage mind.

This mentorship isn’t about compliance or checklists. It’s about learning in community, drawing from those who have spent decades in classrooms cultivating patience, empathy, and the art of connection. Our mentors know what it takes to see the brilliance in every learner—and to meet them where they are.

The Colossal Mentorship Program invites Curators to unlearn outdated methods and rebuild through a framework that centers joy, belonging, and purpose.
